Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Milnsbridge is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) based in Milnsbridge, UK. We reserve the right to decline any order where we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your order and could place your health at risk.
All prescription medicines supplied by us require a valid prescription issued by one of our authorised prescribers following a clinical review of your submitted information.
Submitting a consultation form does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our pharmacist or prescriber will review your information and may contact you for further details before making a clinical decision.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the treatment recommended and must not be shared or transferred to any other person.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, the price confirmed at checkout will apply to your current order.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, a refund will be processed for the medication cost. Consultation fees, where charged separately, are non-refundable as they cover the cost of the clinical review.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked postal or courier service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.
Medicines will be packaged discreetly and appropriately to maintain safety and confidentiality during transit.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for safety and legal reasons, in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
